Interested In Buying A Lot And Building Your Own Home? Here are a few things you will need to know:

Haven on the Trent is a spectacular community located just outside Campbellford, Ontario. The community is surrounded by the Trent River, Ferris Provincial Park and Seymour Conservation Area. With a collection of prestigious lots fronting on the river and immersed in forest, Haven presents an opportunity to built your dream home in a dream location. Purchase a home through one of our builder partners or purchase a lot and select your own builder.

Anyone who purchases a lot will be required to follow the same architectural and building controls and timing outlined in the purchase contracts. Any builder interested in buying lots should contact us.

The lots in Haven are municipally serviced.  The lot provides a similar level of services in a city setting. The lot includes full municipal servicing, including municipal sewer and water, natural gas and hydro connections.  The street will be paved, and predetermined 20′ driveway entrances will be paved to the lot line.

Every lot at Haven is currently covered in trees. You will be permitted to remove trees within a predefined building envelope and for a driveway. Site alteration for construction on the lot must be approved by the developer prior to construction.

Haven on the Trent is forested and along the Trent River which is part of the Trent-Severn Waterway.  There will be an extensive trail network throughout the community with connections to the trails at Seymour Conservation Area and the park and storm water management pond at Haven.

The 4 acre waterfront park along the Trent River will feature beautiful views, a river outlook with views of Ferris Provincial Park, a passive open space with looping trail, and a sheltered gathering space.

The Town of Campbellford is immediately adjacent to Haven on the Site. Residents can drive, walk, bike or paddle easily to many amenities, including the Coffee Shops and Cafes, Boutique Village Shops, public parks, boat launch, Restaurants, Groceries, pharmacy, Hospital and so much more. Boat launches and overnight boat parking are available in Campbellford. The closest full time marinas are in Hastings and Trenton.

The approximately 150 lots at Haven on the Trent will be sold in limited and controlled releases.

Please be aware that construction must be completed within a twenty-four month timeframe of the purchase of a building lot. If you exceed this, then extra charges will be incurred. Please contact your Sales Representative for additional details.

The architectural and building controls are designed to create a more cohesive community, as each home owner designs and customizes their new home to a defined standard. By protecting the natural environment and community aesthetic with these controls your new home and others in the community have an added sense of security knowing these controls exist.
