In the coming weeks we will share a detailed and interactive site map, a list of frequently asked questions designed to act as a “guide to Haven”, along with building restrictions for the community. It’s never too early to start considering your budgets, favourite home styles and lot preferences. We anticipate strong demand to this first phase of lot sales and encourage you to take the time to prepare in advance.
Sifton Properties will offer purchasers a collection of 3 lot types:
Water Front Lots (up to 108’ wide)
Water Access Lots (up to 137’ wide)
Wooded Lots (up to 73’ wide)
Haven on the Trent promises to be an amazing community, perfectly integrated into the natural beauty of the forest along the Trent-Severn Waterway. As such, considerable thought has been given to the building guidelines and controls to ensure this community realizes its potential.
