Our last open house is July 8th from 12pm until 2pm. Come out for your last chance to tour the model home and experience all that Haven has to offer in person.
After July 8th, we will be selling by appointment only until the new model home is ready. You will still be able to view the site and see our spacious bungalows (from the outside) on wooded lots close to nature and the Trent River.

To come out to the model please follow the following directions if coming from the 401:
Take exit #509 off of Highway 401 and head north onto County Road #30 for approx. 25kms
